Who manages your data

Parallax Vision ETS, organiser of the International Sport Film Festival, is the data controller for this website. For questions and to exercise your rights, contact info@internationalsportff.com.

Contact requests

The information you enter in the school, professional participation, collaboration and press accreditation forms is used to answer and manage your request, not for marketing. Required contact details allow us to follow up. Requests are retained for 12 months, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Only authorised organisers can access them. A receipt does not confirm a place, accreditation or participation.

Optional statistics

Only if you accept, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand visits, pages viewed and traffic sources. One system covers the Festival website and the public Stabia in Frame page, while distinguishing the two areas. Reported users are consented browsers, not a verified number of people. Google excludes known bots; this does not guarantee that every bot is recognised.

Before acceptance, Analytics is not loaded and no statistics requests are sent to Google. Refusing does not limit browsing or submitting a form. We do not use advertising features, Google Signals, User-ID, form contents or user-provided data. Private areas, previews and technical tests are excluded. URL query parameters and fragments are removed, except validated campaign parameters.

The necessary isff_statistics cookie remembers your choice for six months across the two areas. If you accept, _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish browsers and sessions, with a maximum duration of six months. The necessary isff_staff cookie remembers staff browser exclusion for one year. Individual event data in Analytics is retained for two months; aggregated reports can remain available longer. Essential session and security cookies for forms and private services are independent of optional statistics.

Change your statistics preferences

Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards described in its policies. See Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms.

Other services and your rights

Maps and embedded trailers may contact their respective providers when you choose to load them. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies. Participation in Stabia in Frame follows the specific notice in its application form; optional statistics do not replace or change it.

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing where applicable. You can withdraw statistics consent at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
